This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how Gravida Atelier (Pty) Ltd (“Gravida Atelier”, “we”, “our”, “us”) processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable South African legislation.

By engaging with Gravida Atelier, including by making a rental booking, browsing our website, or communicating with us, you (“the Data Subject” / “you”) consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information as outlined herein.

Definitions

“Personal Information” has the meaning given in POPIA and includes information relating to an identifiable, living natural person, and where applicable, an identifiable juristic person.

“Responsible Party” means Gravida Atelier, who determines the purpose and means of processing personal information.

To process, confirm, and administer gown rental bookings.
To perform delivery, collection, and related logistics.
To manage invoicing, billing, and financial administration.
To provide after-sales service and customer support.
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
For direct marketing purposes (only where prior consent has been granted in accordance with section 69 of POPIA).

Lawful Basis for Processing

Gravida Atelier reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any such changes will be published on our official website and/or made available upon request. Continued use of our services after publication of amendments will constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.
